Hi Gilad:
I didn't realize this dvd was a compilation of the shows taped in Jerusalem.  I thought it was individual shows.  I used to have a tape with several shows, which I truly enjoyed exercising to until my VCR quit working. Then I started using a blue ray player and like that much better.  Would you still have individual dvds of shows Getting fit in Jerusalem?  Thank you for your fitness shows.  I have been exercising to Bodies in Motion since 1986 and even with rheumatoid arthritis I keep in pretty decent shape using your dvds.
By the way, I turned 67 in May, and I believe your workouts are what keeps me going.

The exercises are easy to follow and Gilad makes it fun! If you follow the workout, you’re able to drop excess weight. I found the workout over 30 years ago, and it still is awesome! Thank you !

This is the third time we have purchased this DVD. My husband travels a lot, and he takes this video with him to work out when he's in the hotel. It's fun and you don't need a lot of room.
