I am so happy to have finally figured out which one was on the dvd because I hade those exact sessions on VHS and have wore them out doing them. I am so Happy to have them on dvd!!!!! Bodies in Motion 45/45 Split Routine February 19, 2013 Reviewer: TERRY ROSENTHAL from Sherman Oaks, CA United States   I was expecting a different workout.  I had the original BIM which I purchased in 1990. This workout is similar but not the same. This one is ok, but I prefer the other one. I cannot find it on your list. I cannot be specific on the one I had, however, there was a man named Richard and a little blond girl in a segment. I would gladly purchase that one if it is available. Excellent February 16, 2013 Reviewer: Jessica Sanchez from Jersey City, NJ United States   I absolutely live the split routine workout and I can vouch that this is the best workout. You will lose the fat and become a lean fat burning machine like it promises. Everything was easy including ordering and receiving promptly so I could begin my new journey. Oldie but Goodie November 28, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Centerville, MN United States   I did this combo 15 years ago while it was on video tape.  I was excited to find it on DVD.  Great work out and gets your blood pumping!  I highly recommend these for a great aerobic and strengthening work outs!
