Gilad's total body sculpt 3 pack July 17, 2012 Reviewer: Grace Edwards from Pickerington, OH United States   I love the program on tv, but this has the commercials edited out, so there is no interruption of the workout.   It is just the right length of time to fit into my day every day (rather than 45 minutes to an hour like other programs tend to be.) I like warm up, sculpting then cool down.   Just what I wanted, and can take it with me when I travel.   Thanks Was this review helpful to you?

great! June 25, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I am a busy mom and really dont have alot of time to workout. Years back I got into awesome shape doing your workouts on tv. When I decided to purchase DVD's I thought of Gilad. I like his workouts very much! I have seen a change in my body aand am so pleased! I am 48 years old. Not over weight, just needing to firm up.
