Total Body Sculpt Review March 14, 2013 Reviewer: Christina Sherritt from Tubac, AZ United States   I have been using this work out via the Fitness channel on Direct TV for a few years now.  I record the shows to suit my schedule and I use the DVD's for travel.  I recently introduced my daughter to Gilad and she now has Vols. 1 and 2 of Total Body Sculpt.  It's so convenient and just enough before a cardio workout. Gilad is #1 August 25, 2012 Reviewer: Esme from Cleveland Ohio   Gilad's work outs are the best! He is easy to follow and you get results quickly. I first discovered Gilad after I had my baby and his work outs helped me get back to my pre baby weight. I have lost 2 dress sizes since February and I've had to buy all new jeans! LOVE GILAD!!!
