Replacing 45/45 Split Routine VHS w/DVD! June 9, 2020 Reviewer: Michele Kelley from Shingle Springs, CA United States   I have owned this workout since the early 90's on VHS. It has always been my go to workout whenever I need to get back in shape to regain balance and stamina. Gil's personality is infectious and and always puts a smile on my face while going through the motions. I used this workout when I was in the best shape of my life and the worst shape of my life to get me back going again. Love Gil! LOVE!! May 5, 2020 Reviewer: Marissa Ventura from Millstone, NJ United States   I have yet to buy a dvd from Gilad that I didn't love.  THe results speak for themselves. Gilad keeps you motivated, while sharing tips throughput the workout to maximize results.  Gilad and his crew are extremely motivating for me.  I am a mom of 2, and I thank Gilad for giving me my pre-baby body back!!! Bodies in Motion 45/45 Split Split Routine October 8, 2018 Reviewer: Monique Warner from Fort Vermilion, AB Canada   The workout video is excellent-as expected. It was difficult to find what I was looking for as the name of the workout has changed. I did contact Bodies In Motion about this but in the end found it myself by going through the 'trailers' of each video. Postage: It took a while for the product to reach me, it spent a while in Customs. Overall, I am very pleased; it would be excellent if a cross reference was available for workouts that have gone through a name change like the one I ordered. All the Best! M.
