I have been working out with Gilad since I was 19 and I am still a loyal Gilad follower at 54. He has helped me many times get back into my fitness and jumpstart my fitness routine! I love that he teaches me correct body form so I do not strain or hurt my back. Great workout and I feel like he is part of my family! Thanks Gilad!!

Gilad's cueing and form are always perfect...and his sense of humor kills me.  I have enjoyed his DVDs and videos for many years and he just gets better.

I love Gilad's products!  One of my favorite DVDs was not working properly, so they sent a new one which I received promptly.  The customer service staff is excellent and so friendly ! have the Gilad Ultimate Body Sculpt series and the Total Body Sculpt Series - both collections are excellent and would highly recommend.  Would not want to be without - the best fitness program out there!
