Excellent variety of workouts - I'm actually working out :)

By the way I followed your workouts in the 80s and 90s and happened to see you and your workout group in a Magnum PI DVD which reminded me of how much better I felt following your workouts, so I promptly ordered them - funny how life moves in circles, excellent instruction.  We love the humorous skits with your director too.  Many thanks and blessings to you and your family.
