Bodies in Motion Sculpt and Tone Workout April 10, 2012 Reviewer: Charlotte Flowers from Richmond, VA United States   I LOVE this DVD. I was able to do the entire DVD in one setting when I first put it in, and I Gilad kept me entertained every step of the way. He cues enough in advance that I know what the next move is, and I love how he tells me what muscle group I am working with a particular exercise. This is my first Gilad DVD, but I assure you it won't be my last. I am 61 years old and only been working out for a couple of years. I can keep up with Gilad AND get a great workout without feeling winded or having to stop. Great for all ages and fitness levels. Was this review helpful to you?

Sculpt & Tone December 8, 2011 Reviewer: Cecilia M Baker from Jackson, OH United States   This is a Christmas gift for my daughter.  I was thrilled at how quickly it arrived.  This came faster than orders I've placed with Collage or Amazon.  I was amazed.  Very happy with the purchase as I've got this dvd myself.
