Lord of the ABs June 22, 2016 Reviewer: Kim Barker from Daytona Beach, FL United States   I have been watching Gilad since I was a young mother in the 80's and I have always found his workouts very good and this series is excellent. My exercise of choice now is rowing and having a good core is very important. I felt this working from the very first workout and I absolutely Love these DVD's. Was this review helpful to you?

Great investment!! August 25, 2015 Reviewer: Natalya Tucker from Midland, MI United States   Bought these to add some diversity to my routine with other body sculpt and aerobic workouts by Gilad.  Have used all LOA once, and some twice.  I like that most are aerobic workouts because I can rotate them with his weight-training DVDs.  One included a step bench that was used to jump downward repeatedly.  Because of a knee injury sustained in childhood, I felt more comfortable using a higher weight bench.  Don't have a medicine ball yet for two of the DVDs, but a weight was great for the workout, and I used a stability ball for the stretches.  Had triplets over a decade ago, and I don't remember having better abs!  Thanks Gilad!!! Never Disappointed with Gilad's workouts August 12, 2015 Reviewer: Monica Smith from Texarkana, TX United States   I have had for some years some very good Gilad's DVDs from the '90s which I inherited from my late sister.She loved Gilad. I wondered if he still was doing this stuff and he was! This abs series is excellent. It has some very hard ones working with the medicine ball and you work not only your core but your arms and shoulder as well. the cardio one doing the punches is fun and you build up a good sweat. The one with yoga and pilates moves is my favorite and the hardest. With the shipping I had a little problem. You sent me the wrong series, but it was corrected inmediately and my Lord of the Abs arrived fast and complete in a few days. Was this review helpful to you?

"Lord of The Abs" dvds June 24, 2015 Reviewer: Sylvia Brown from Charlotteville, VA United States   I think this set of dvds is great.  I can definitely feel the results from working out to them. I also have the "Classic Collection" of dvds.  I think that I have them down to a science.  Smile! I was SO impressed with the fast delivery service that I received from your company.  Elizabeth whom I played phone tag with in trying to order my dvds was so professional and courteous.  I really appreciated that. I lived in Hawaii(Kaneohe) for three years back in the 80's so looking at the dvd's really brought back wonderful memories for me.
