Great for grandparents and grandchildren December 17, 2011 Reviewer: jill culwell from crossville, TN United States   I am a 64 year old grandmother of 12 and have been exercising with Gilad for several years and still use 8 of the 45-60 minute videos.  Two of the grandchildren exercised with me to the adult videos.  I decided that they needed the children's exercise programs as a part of their home schooling program.  thanks. Kids in Motion/Total Body Sculpt Plus December 2, 2011 Reviewer: Ann Clodfelter from Charlotte, NC United States   Kids in Motion is a Christmas gift.  Have not reviewed the contents. Total Body Sculpt Plus is a wonderful way to work the entire body and get an envigorating work-out.  I would highly recommend this series to anyone serious about staying fit.  The service that Gilad Productions provides in shipping is excellent.  Updated website is good, also.
