This has been the best!! My 7 and 10 year old daughters ask to do this every morning, so of course, we do! My girls think Gilad is so fun, they don't want to miss the first or last minute of it, in fact, they often rewind to watch those parts a second time. The parrot is fascinating to them, they want to be like Emily who gives Gil a workout. I like seeing my girls doing push ups, sit ups, leg lifts and jogging in place, along with other exercises which I'm sure they wouldn't do if their mom asked them to. They already like the jacks so the familiar exercise is great for them to follow with as well. Worth every penny in the short time we've had this set. Thanks!
