Starter Set June 2, 2016 Reviewer: PATRICIA PAIGE from WASHINGTON, DC United States   I have started with Gilead maybe more than 20 years ago. I would watch him on ESPN, hid mother would be right behind him. We would say "get off your bums." My birthday is in Sept. hopefully I can at least lose 30 pounds. I will check in then. BASIC FOR OLDER FEMALE STARTING OVER PROGRAM February 14, 2016 Reviewer: Ann M De Melo from WAREHAM, MA United States   I AM A 64 YR. OLD FEMALE AND ON A FIXED INCOME NOW AND BACK THEN IN MY 30'S  LOST 40 LBS.  WITH YOUR AROBIC SHOWS AND OF COURSE THROUGH MY BAD HABBITS HAVE PUT ON 20 LBS. BECAUSE I QUIT SMOKING 4 YRS AGO AND HAS BEEN A STRUGGLE TO LOSE THIS EXTRA WEIGHT . SO I TURNED TO YOUR PROGRAM AGAIN TO START A BASIC AROBIC WORK OUT IN HOPING TO LOSE THIS 20 LBS . THROUGH EXERCISE AND EATING RIGHT.. I LOVE YOUR DVD'S I GOT AND HOPE IT WILL DO THE TRICK LIKE BACK THEN. I JUST STARTED THIS PAST WEEK AND HAVE TO DO IT ON A SLOWER PACE DO TO BAD BACK AND HIP. I WAS IN OAHU HAWAII 2 YRS AGO AND I LOVE IT  AND NEVER REALIZED THAT YOU WERE DOING THIS WHERE I WAS IN WAIKIKI BEACH. WE STAYED IN THE CIRCLE HOTEL ACROSS WAIKIKI BEACH AND WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT THAT WAS. A SIGHT THAT WILL STAY WITH ME FOREVER.. I LOVE YOU AND YOUR PROGRAM AND EVEN MORE NOW KNOWING YOU ARE THERE WHERE I WAS 2 YRS. AGO. THANK GILAD FOR A BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND THE BEST WORK OUT EVER ! Was this review helpful to you?

Beginners Set January 26, 2016 Reviewer: Ken Murray from Lititz, PA United States   The DVD's got me going again also the were shipped early which meant I got them early no waiting to get going - I appreciate the meal plan this has been very helpful along with the DVD. Gilad's Beginner's Starter Set March 18, 2015 Reviewer: Andrew Futterman from Brooklyn, NY United States   First, was happy with shipment time. Second, 2 of the 3 DVDS were great workouts for me and an easy to follow production quality. However, the 30/60 minute routine DVD, I was not satisfied with, primarily the production. I recognize it was an older version, but it was too dark for me to follow Gilad's demonstrations. I have diminished vision and the better two were nice and bright with blue sky and ocean backdrop, and that's one of the reasons besides Gilad's talent, that I prefer Gilad DVDS.
