Now that I am older I need  to start out with the beginner Aerobic videos again, lol.  Gilad is an excellent teacher and I trust his knowledge on how to exercise safely and effectively.  Thank you Gilad! June 29, 2019 Reviewer: frances mingo from virginia beach, VA United States   I  used to watch Gilad on a cable station back in 2009 I lost 20 pounds watching his program exercising with him and his team I’m much older now and have developed some health problems since the station is not local anymore I decided to buy his DVDs I am in the process of trying to get my body used to the exercises because I am 65 years old and some are a little too challenging. Soooo very impressed with Gilad, the workouts and my success that now at 55 years old wanting to start a healthier lifestyle, my first instinct was to search Gilad on google! So 'gilad'  I did!!
