February 19, 2021 Reviewer: Betty Keating from Chandler, OK United States   I've worked out with Gilad for at least a few years, maybe 12, by way of DirectTV. I ordered the DVD's when we cut ties with DirectTV. I'm still getting a great work out with the DVD's, but I find it's a bit harder work out, so it pushes me to work harder. As expected I enjoy working out again with Gilad. I'm 63 and truly believe Total body Sculpt, Bodies in Motion and 30th Anniversary have kept me motivated and moving. Thank you Gilad. Xcelerate 4 Workouts February 4, 2021 Reviewer: Kenneth O from Keizer, OR United States   This DVD series is a great workout. I own a lot of Gilad's DVD's but I needed something new to restart my fitness habits. This has been a great change of pace. I look forward to completing this new 21-day challenge.
