All of Gil's Dvd's September 16, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Canal Winchester, OH United States   I like all of Gil's workout dvd's but I am not crazy for the boxing segments.  I much prefer the regular aerobics because I feel I get a better overall workout.  I love the body sculpt segments as well and feel I'm getting a good workout on those too.  I see my body firming up and I'm losing inches.  I workout with my daughter and we just love the dvd's.  We've done several of the challenges already and enjoy our workouts. Love these videos! June 8, 2020 Reviewer: maura becker from Wyckoff, NJ United States   I started exercising again after too long and was looking for some new dvd's. Found these through Gilad's email, so happy I did! They shipped immediately and arrived within a couple of days. I have quite a few of his older dvd's and am loving these new ones.  Gilad is my favorite-he gives clear instructions on proper technique and has a great sense of humor. These videos provide a total workout in a reasonable amount of time. Keep them coming Gilad! Was this review helpful to you?

Xcelerate-4 May 19, 2020 Reviewer: Theresa Boucher from Palm City , FL United States   I am a follower of Gilad  since the 90’s. I am a jazzerciser also, and when the corona virus came the jazzercise classes were canceled,so I decided to do more of Gilad and sent for the Xcelerate-4 set. I am very pleased.
