Another great vid October 25, 2021 Reviewer: Audrey Sherman from Absecon, NJ United States   I've enjoyed several videos from Gilad and this  program was no exception. He gets better with age. Great Workout for the Whole Body June 8, 2017 Reviewer: Rodney Donahue from Amarillo, TX United States   Cuts and Curves instantly became one of my favorite workouts. I am busy husband and father of two, and the ability to work every major muscle group in one complete workout is very appealing. I could tell the difference in my muscle tone after one workout, and I look even better after two. In addition, I received the DVDs fairly quickly and was quite pleased how soon they were delivered. Ultimate Body Sculpt -Cuts and Curves February 23, 2017 Reviewer: Ursula Pruitt from Conyerd, GA United States   I enjoyed the workout.I was expecting some ab excercises in the workout.I use to workout with you on the fitness channel about 8 yrs ago and I loss about 50 lbs so I no your workouts are successful.I was expecting some different ones but overall Im well pleased.I love what you do.
