Great Workout February 15, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from McMurray, PA United States   Several years ago I enjoyed working out with Gilad on Fit TV then Verizon dropped it. Needing to workout during the cold weather I purchased the Cuts & Curves DVD which I love. Apart from the workout with the beach as a background I love the way Gilad lets you know the muscle group you are working on & the form you should be following. Thanks. Ultimate body sculpt-cuts and curves August 5, 2015 Reviewer: Sherre Stephens from Brunswick, GA United States   I have worked out with you for 35 years, and a couple of months ago your show was taken off the air.  I didn't know what I was going to do.  So, I ordered your DVD. I like the work out but you don't focus on the stomach area. Im 60 years old, had 2 children and my stomach needs some work.  It doesn't look too bad for my age and I would like to continue work on it.  I would like a DVD to tone all parts of the body.  I like cuts and curves, but it doesn't include the stomach.     Thanks Was this review helpful to you?

Great Variety Workout! December 20, 2014 Reviewer: Melissa Lawrence from The Plains, VA United States   Challenging workout that really targets the entire body without leaving a single muscle group out.  The combination use of bands and weights allows for maxing out each muscle groups potential.  I highly recommend to anyone looking to work the entire body in a relatively short amount of time. Great workout and title February 10, 2012 Reviewer: Leah Horn from Dallas, TX United States   My favorite workout ever!  I have used this workout for several years until my copy was lost when my DVD player was repaired.  I do wish it included some ab work similar to the Gilad workouts that were on TV, but it is great for everything else.
