Review January 9, 2015 Reviewer: TMorgan   I've been exercising with Gilad(and family) since the early eighties. For me, that's thirty plus years.  He always makes exercising fun and motivating. He explains the movements, and he chooses a variety of work outs so you're working all body parts. I'm thrilled to now have the ability to workout with Gilad at my convenience through the DVD's. love Gilad!! March 11, 2014 Reviewer: erin from Greer , SC United States   This is a GREAT workout for anybody.  I've been doing it for years now and people are always surprised that I don't use any weights.  The episodes are only about 23 minutes but you will be sweating by the end.  He explains form and purpose for each move so it's not intimidating, and you will actually look forward to your workout!
