I love these 20 minute workouts for when I am tight on time. Now, even on the busiest of days there is no excuse to skip exercise. They are also a lot of fun. Gilad, Daniel, Kelly, Arthur and the rest of the crew always motivate me to move even when I don't always feel like it.
