As Seen on TV Pack Vol 1,2,3 January 25, 2012 Reviewer: Karen Adams-Thomas from Kailua-Kona, HI United States   I love these 20 minute workouts for when I am tight on time.  Now, even on the busiest of days there is no excuse to skip exercise.  They are also a lot of fun.   Gilad, Daniel, Kelly, Arthur and the rest of the crew always motivate me to move even when I don't always feel like it. Total Body Sculpt January 10, 2012 Reviewer: Ana Maria from Coral Gables, FL United States   I have been doing this very effective Total Body Sculpt workout almost daily for several years through the Discovery Fit and Health channel. ( I am 52 years of age,  5'1" tall, weigh 105 lbs and wear a size 0 Petite.)  I wanted these DVDs as a supplement in case the channel no longer runs them in the future or when I don't want to get up at 6:00 am. This is by far the most effective body sculpting workout I have done over the years.  I wish Gilad would do a few new ones as well. Was this review helpful to you?

Bodies in Motion November 16, 2011 Reviewer: June Bente from Hopewell, NJ United States   I am enjoying my dvd's.  I have been annoyed since Bodies in Motion  and Total Body Sculpt were restricted to the 6-7am slot Mon.-Fri. only on the Fitness tv channel (163) on FIOS.  Unfortunately they do not carry JVTV, which I know carries this show other times during the day. As Seen on TV Volume 1,2,3 August 15, 2011 Reviewer: Jane Dehoog from Lansing, MI United States   Wonderful workouts, I feel so empowered and vibrant after each one. Each movement seem so simple to do, yet are so effective. I love going from warmup to aerobic to final stretch and never getting bored having to do the same movement over and over to boring but having them change and flow from one to the next. It works!! A bonus...I once had crippling back pain, but Gilad's exercises strengthen those muscles and I haven't had back pain in years! Was this review helpful to you?
