I've been doing Gilad's workouts for 30 years and they just get better, as far as I'm concerned.  These particular workouts are a little more difficult because of the weights involved, but who said it was supposed to be easy?

I AM very, very appreciative of these videos being made available for purchase. I have tried gym membership only because I love cycling and due to my work hours, I wasn't able to go any other times. With the pandemic, my retirement and my full-time ministry status, I find this is the best workout for me. I have seen results already. Actually, after the first workout, my husband tripped on the melting of my abdomen. Blew my mind also. The one problem I AM having is that I would love to know where I can purchase, if possible, the rounded mats the workout is being performed on. I have not been able to find anything on the "net. Is it possible to find out where to get them?
