SHOW 3 - All of Gilad's 30th anniversary shows were shot on the beach at Shark's Cove on the North Shore of Oahu. In this show Gilad is joined by Kim, Leslea, Wendy and Bryana by the lava rock coastline. Warm-up - Cardio - Hips, Thighs & Buns - Abs - Stretch

I have worked out with Bodies in Motion with Gilad for over 15 years and with Total Body Sculpt. I work schedule does not allow me to work out during the Week Day as much and I missed the Shows in the Mornings. I saw the Commercial for the DVD, and 30 Anniversary and it fits my Schedule Perfectly. The ship time is Amazing, I ordered it and arrived 2 days later, this is my second order and it arrived 1 day ahead of the time given. I will be ordering Cuts and Curves, Power and Grace next, Thank you Gilad.

I used to do Gilad when it was on TV 20 years ago and his program helped than. fast forward 20 years and I went back to the Gilad "Quickfit" DVDs when I had to get fit again. I purchased these to add some variety to my aerobic program, the 30th Anniversary Shows were a perfect addition! Thank you Gilad for making me, ME again!!!
