Have been watching 'Bodies in Motion' since the mid 90's. I like the traditional aerobics in these shows best. Brings back memories, too!!

Been working out with Gilad for about 25 years and I am 72 and in really good health and shape, thanks to his exercise routines.  In the past I had tried other DVDs, but nothing measures up to his regiment, which can be done by people of any age.

Hi,

I just received your DVD's a week or so ago.  They are wonderful, and the workouts are so familiar from the ones I did on TV in the 80's & 90's when my kids were little and also participated.  Now, my 6 year old grandson loves them, and asks for multiple shows to be put on (he never gets tired - you know those 6 year olds!)  Hi loves Gil's comments with the show.
The shipping was quite delayed - a little over 2 weeks, but I am happy to have them now.
