I have used the Quick Fit System for many years for weight loss and management.  I originally ordered the package via phone in 12/2005, which was a pleasant experience.  I received the program days later without issue.  I just had my second child and find the 12 week progress journal to be a very helpful tool in losing the baby weight.  This time I ordered the progress journal online and it was quick, easy and without issues.  Great program, great company.  Thank you.
