Long Time Follower March 7, 2014 Reviewer: Natalie Locke from Covington, LA United States   We have exercised with you for many years.  We were feeling like we needed more variety in our workout so we decided to add to our collection.  This was the right purchase for us.  It will take us much farther down the road.  If you are new to exercising, this is not the video for you.  Start with some of the 30 minute workouts.  They will help you become familiar with how Gilad exercises.  Transition into these.  I've lost 47 lbs. and my husband 55 lbs.  Follow this age old philosophy, "Move more...eat less."  It has certainly worked for us.  Gilad will certainly get you moving!! He is always my go to for a challenging and effective workout. I love the workouts I just got, I did them when they, we're on the fitness channel. Total body sclupt plus review February 3, 2014 Reviewer: Tina Mazza from Pittsburgh, PA United States   As a regular viewer of the TV show, I found these DVD's dissappointing.  These DVD's were replicas of the TV shows I do each morning and I could have easily saved my money and just did the show. My favorite October 24, 2013 Reviewer: Rebecca M from North Ridgeville, OH United States   This is by far my favorite set of workout videos. It is a great all around workout - some arms, some legs, cardio and then abs. I feel sore after each show. Total Body Sculpt Plus DVDs July 29, 2013 Reviewer: Francine Lombardi from Natick, MA United States   I recently purchased the Total Body Sculpt Plus DVDs, Peak Performance, Functional Fitness, and Cutting Edge as I was looking for a good workout to do at home on days when I can't get to the gym. Once again, Gilad didn't disappoint and these workouts validate why I followed Gilad all these years(since the early days on ESPN). They are easy to follow & you feel like you have gotten a good workout with one 45 minute session. As someone who is in the 'enlightened' age group, I really can appreciate the workouts and aspire to look that good! Thanks! Was this review helpful to you?
