Very Satisfied March 2, 2018 Reviewer: Howard Ash from Antioch, CA United States   Well to be completely honest. This is the 4th time I've bought the quick fit system DVD's. The reason being I wear them out and need a new set after daily use. I bought my first set in 2005 when I was 54. I was using your VHS tapes before then. I also have a home workout machine that I use with your excellent Quick fit system. I had a Heart attack last year and had to have splints put in my arteries. Now I did eat wrong and didn't keep up my routine as I should have and gained a lot of weight. I also got pre diabetes too. After the operation I changed my diet and went back to work with the quick fit system and my home machine. I've gone from 247 lbs to 197 lbs as of today. Because of the quick fit system using it over the years. My heart showed no damage which was surely a blessing. I certainly am looking forward to adding some more DVD's into my routine. BTW I'll be 67 this year and my Dr wants me to get back to 175 lbs when I was certainly at my best ... Thanks Gilad Was this review helpful to you?

Gilad is King of Fitness February 2, 2018 Reviewer: JennM from Bangor , PA United States   I love using Gilad’s Quick Fit Program! My daughter who is 12, wants to get into shape, and since I’ve already been working out to some of Gilad’s older dvd’s, I purchased this one. And it’s great! You really get a workout between the cardio and body sculpting. He pushes you through each one reinforcing the correct way to position your body. I also like the nutritional plan it comes with. If you want to get into shape and stay healthy go with Gilad. He’s a great instructor who cares about people and wants to share his knowledge. You’re really getting a complete fitness package with him.   Also don’t get discouraged if you don’t get the movements right away and he’ll tell you this. What a Great System November 3, 2017 Reviewer: Hannah Fesler-Butts from Apache Junction , AZ United States   Your comprehensive system is easy and fun to follow.  I only had to change my eating habits a little, and I started with the videos slowly, learning the movements first and then doing whatever I could to start with.  I am 72 years of age,  and fortunately have always done some kind of physical working out.  So keep up the good work.  God bless, Hannah Was this review helpful to you?

Body in motions. June 11, 2017 Reviewer: Gretchen hart from Toledo oh   Hi my name is Gretchen I'm 60 years old. This DVD is the best fitness tape I've evere used. He works you from your head to your toes in just 30 minutes. Eat right and work out with Gilda you'll love the results. I'm 60 but I look an feel like I'm 45 thanks to Gilda. Gilad is helping me get back in shape! February 21, 2017 Reviewer: Stephani Canty from Indian Land , SC United States   I started watching Gilad back in the late 1980s, and I was in the best shape of my life.  I am now 52 years old, and after a hip and knee replacement, I needed to get back into exercising.  After trying a few other exercise videos, I decided to go back to what I loved.  I ordered a couple of the anniversary DVDs, as well as the Quick Fix program.  I love them all.  Thank you Gilad, for motivating me to get up and workout with you.
