I bought 4 dvds of Gil's beginner 30-min. routine (still my favorite even though I have many others) to give as holiday gifts to my family--everyone is working to stay fit.  I used to work out to Gil in the 1980s and still love his routines.  I can follow them and never get bored after many repetitions.

Most of all, I love his manner--a great combination of authoritative trainer, friendly encouraging coach who keeps you going, and tall, dark, and handsome man with a disarming smile!  Yep, love to work out with Gil!

This is a great dvd, I am a beginner and the beginner workout is perfect for me. It is fast-paced and fun, yet low-impact. Also, there is plenty of room to grow since when I am able to master the beginner workout I can move on to the 60 min intermediate one. I love the fun, motivational attitude throughout the whole workout!

It's fun and easy!! I've been using it every morning, and feel better about myself for doing so. The shipping time was awesome, I got it in 4 days.

Even though I am having difficulty with my lower back and hip right now I found I was able to the majority of the 30 min. workout. I looked forward to receiving my DVD's so I could get back to where I was back in the early 2000 when I first discovered Gilad.  My sisters are right into getting to know Gilad too!

I am thrilled with my recent (re)purchase of Gilad's 30 minute and 60 minute low impact workouts.  The movements are so easy but they really do burn calories and help you feel immediately better about your body.  Even if you're a beginner and feel a bit 'rusty' at first you'll feel so much better by the end of the routine, and after the third or fourth time you'll feel and see a real difference in your body tone.  This is actually the second time I have bought this DVD as I mistakenly left the first copy in a hotel whilst on holiday (I take Gilad's DVDs with me everywhere so I can work out away from home).  And as always, Gilad's personal approach always makes working out great fun, even when it's just you and the TV.

The best workout on the market. I like Gilad's trainings. I use to do the workout with Gilad's training on Fit TV. I am 58 years old but I like to stay fit. Thanks to Gilad I don't need to go to the gym, I can dot the workout in my schedule and I am very happy with the results..

This is an excellent fat burning and toning workout with minimal impact on your joints.  Great because you can choose either 30 or 60 min., and work at your own level.  I look forward to working out with Gilad each day - love "Bodies in Motion" and the beautiful Hawiian locations!  This makes exercising easy!
