Express Workouts are the Best October 12, 2015 Reviewer: J. Seth from Willow Grove, PA United States   The Express Workouts are terrific. No "fluff" or time wasted chatting, just right into the exercise. It is just intense enough to challenge without making you feel like you're going to die. Such variety that covers the whole body. Great way to fit in quick workout March 21, 2015 Reviewer: Janet Barrett   I am busy in the morning but these exercises are enough to energize me and relieve my aches and pains.  I start with the warm up and proceed to whatever segments I can fit in for that day; pick up with the warm up again and the next ones in line, the next time.
