I've been using Gilad's workouts on and off since the 80's.  These are great short workouts that cover the full body in each workout.  Really a good 21 minute workout.  My only wish is that the series of workouts didn't come with any guidance.  I've been doing a different one every day but am left wondering if I should be doing each CD for a week or 2 and then moving to the next one?  Some sort of a guide would be helpful.  Otherwise, I would definitely recommend these workouts especially for those of us in our 50's who want to stay in shape without risking injury.

These added some new moves that really challenged me, and I enjoyed seeing all the familiar faces. My favorites DVDs are the Lord of the Abs series (the hardest by far) and the Total Body Sculpt trio. The 30th Anniversary shows keep things fresh, and I like the different ways each DVD breaks up the workout. I also really liked the cheerful colors in everyone's outfits. Working out with Gilad has been brightening my day since I was just a kid- over 30 years ago!

I exercised with you and your sister 30 years ago. Now after 4 years of injury and no.exercise, I'm back to head up a exercise class with age 60+ people. The feedback is not enough warm up with a too fast start.  
My.biggest wish is a 60 minute  work out like your, that has warm up aerobics,  strength training and cool down, all in one.
