I exercised with you and your sister 30 years ago. Now after 4 years of injury and no.exercise, I'm back to head up a exercise class with age 60+ people. The feedback is not enough warm up with a too fast start. My.biggest wish is a 60 minute work out like your, that has warm up aerobics, strength training and cool down, all in one.
