Best Body Ever Kit/ DVD March 24, 2012 Reviewer: Phyllis Wharton from Wheeling, WV United States   I love & appreciate the professional exercisology wisdom that Gilad presents to his followers.  He never uses gimmicks, or explosive movements that could potentially cause harm to less advanced fitness buffs.  I want to stay in the best shape that I can while maintaining my ability to continue to pursue my career & have energy for quality family life.  Gilad is tremendously attune to these needs...a trusted fitness expert.  Please keep your videos and your shows on the Health & Fitness TV channels.  I love them. Best Body Ever Kit March 3, 2012 Reviewer: Debra Banks from Long Island City, NY United States   I love all the videos in this package and am rather pleased with how rapidly I received my order. The DVD's are  of extremely great quality with Gilad as motivating as ever. The are specifically geared to target various areas of one's body. It is perfect for alternating giving yourself a well regimented six days of workouts. I am so pleased with my purchase, I am deciding now on my next set of DVD's. Gilad is definitely my favourite exercise guru and instructor from everybody I have worked out with. (Many others!) There is just no comparison to the encouragement, energy and self-satisfaction I obtain from all of his routines and how the segments are put together. I thank you Gilad and your team from the very depths of my heart and soul. You make exercising something I certainly look forward to.
