Recent Purchase January 31, 2014 Reviewer: AnnMarie Casale from Raleigh, NC United States   Very pleased with the DVD's and amazed at how quickly I received them!  I have been a Bodies in Motion Fan since July 1985 and am glad to have the "As Seen on TV" DVD's; now I can toss my old VHS recorded ones!  Hoping one day to get to NYC for one of Gilad's meet and greet workouts.  Would love to meet my idol of workouts!  Sincerely, AnnMarie Was this review helpful to you?

Huntingdon, PA United States   I enjoy doing the workouts.  They are at a good pace and easy to follow.  I am able to do all of the workouts and do not feel that they are unreasonable to duplicate.  I am definitely getting positive results.   I did receive the nutrition plan on a download but not get one in the mail.  When it didn't arrive with my dvds, I thought it would follow later.  It would be nice to receive a hard copy of it as I don't want to use up all of my ink to print it.
