These three videos are excellent - even better than the first six!
I used to do this workout every morning when I was in college - when Bodies in Motion was on ESPN. Sometimes I even did a second workout at lunch!
A couple of years ago, I was frustrated by some weight gain - a couple of kids, long hours at work, ankle reconstruction... Well, I joined Weight Watchers and they suggested that I recall something I enjoyed to get more active. I cannot run any more because of my ankle - but I remembered how much I loved Bodies in Motion. I found the DVDs on line - and it was a gift to my health. I went from a size 10 to my old size 6 in no time. I love waking up every morning to the Hawaiian beaches and the encouragement. While I cannot always do all of the aerobics because of my ankle, I follow the suggestion to march in place when I cannot do the other exercises. The results are amazing. I love working out every morning!
And the three new videos are excellent!
