After only one workout, I could feel the difference in my core and it wasn't so hard you couldn't finish. My goal is to do this workout twice a week as I have back issues - "severe degenerative disc disease". I sit on a stabilty ball at my desk job and if consistent, I am hopeful this workout will help in strengthening my core and allow me to start running again.
