great workout in short time October 7, 2013 Reviewer: pamela walker from white salmon, WA United States   I bought this one to alternate with my bodies in motion. I really like it since I'm a beginner. It's a little tough,but not impossible and I  can pause if I need to. Gilad is like my personal trainer and I love his encouragement. The DVD has 3 20 minute segments and as I get stronger I'll add more to my collection. The scenery in Hawaii is beautiful . Was this review helpful to you?
