This six-volume is a collection of eighteen 22-minute circuit workouts that alternate total body strength training with cardio kickboxing intervals. The workouts appeal to both men and women of all ages and fitness abilities. Gilad explains the moves beautifully, and the presentation with the Hawaiian background is very motivating. The 22 minutes fly by, and by the end the entire body has been toned and conditioned in a fun, well-rounded way.
