This program does just what is says it will. I just started Week 3 of the 12-week program and I already see positive changes in my energy, flexibility, stamina and in my attitude and physique. The nutrition advice doesn't feel restrictive and gives some easy-to-follow guidelines. It shipped quickly so I didn't have to wait long to get started. It seems like it's great for all fitness levels so if you're thinking about trying  it, do it!

First of all, I want to say that I have been a longtime fan and customer of Gilad and his workout videos, and the QuickFit system is no exception. The one problem that I have with it is that one of the DVDs is a ‘Print Sample Only’ dvd, meaning it won’t play. I haven’t been able to find a customer service  email address to request another one. Otherwise, it’s a great and fun way to get fit!

The cardio sessions and ab training are good, but the strength training workouts are GREAT! I do each strength workout twice a week (not including the abdominal routine here) as follows: Sun & Wed is Chest/Back, Mon & Thur is Shoulders/Arms, and Tue & Fri is the Hips, Thighs, and Buns workout. Although each strength training routine is meant for toning (thus the reason Gilad uses light dumbbells), I use it for both muscular strength and endurance by using a pair of 30 lb dumbbells for the upper body routines. For the lower body routine I use a 100 lb fixed weight barbell for the first four sets of squats, and a pair of 25 to 50 lb dumbbells for the second session of his lunging series. Believe me, using a "ridiculous" amount of weight for the upper and lower body workouts WILL INCREASE your strength, and yes, your muscular size will go up too. 20 minutes tops for an AWESOME weightlifting session is more than enough, trust me. Stop thinking about it, and just buy it already!

I have been working out with Gilad's videos for over 30 years. Now I have added the Quick Fit System to my library. I began the system this week. I love the quick pace! I love that the variety of moves and that they take concentration so the time flies! I feel like I am hitting areas of the body more intensely than before. Thank you so much.

I love this work out so far. I have done 3 of the 7.  The butt and thigh workout is great and so is the abdominal workout, and they are not long which is also great.  Gilad knows his science of every exercise and how it is going to affect you in each movement, and that is one of the reasons that I respect him and will continue to follow him.  I would like to get more of his recent shows on Dvd too.  I also have his Body Sculpt series too, but they are closer to an hour long each, so if you are crunched on time, this system is better for you. The same principles go with the other workouts too.  He knows his stuff, has been in the business a long time, and tells you precisely how each movement should be done and how it affects you. You can't go wrong with any of his workouts, and you can tell by looking at him that he is proof!  Definitely recommend to any body in any fitness level.  And the shipping was perfect too.

My sister and I received this product sooner than the expected delivery date and jumped right in and we are absolutely having a blast doing these exercises that are truly enjoyable! We know your exercises for years and have worked with the 45-minute program that we became tired of and bored. This is the perfect remedy, we are excited and having incredible results in just a few weeks! Thank you Gilad for these great exercise routines and the added nutritional plan. Also the advise on taking our pulse in 10 seconds before, during and after is very helpful in keeping track of our cardio workouts.
