Lord of the Abs-Core Challenge July 6, 2021 Reviewer: MountainStar from Midwest, United States   I have been a loyal Gilad-follower/practitioner since 2003 and I absolutely love this one! Love how Gilad has added in so many more Moderate and Advanced-level workouts in recent years, and this is surely one of them.  My family and I are doing this one regularly as part of Gilad's wonderful 21-day Get fit for the Beach Challenge.  It is definitely worth every penny!  Highly recommend :-) Was this review helpful to you?

Only workouts I do! August 16, 2019 Reviewer: Marissa Ventura from Millstone Township, NJ United States   This is a great dvd.  I have many of Gilads videos, but recently ordered this when I found it quite challenging to get my stomach in shape after having 2 kids.  SO far so good!  I starting noticing a difference after 2 weeks of doing this video.  I do it 3 times a week and use other Gilad workouts another 2 days a week.  Very quick results if you stick with it!!!  Thank you Gilad!! I know it's working and I can expect to see some changes with continued work.   The shipping was incredibly fast & I was surprised when it came in a few days! Love it May 1, 2014 Reviewer: Jean Boileau from Beausejour, MB Canada   I've been exercising on and off since 1991 with Gilad first on tv then vhs tapes and dvds. I was missing this one and Maximum Abs to compete the 5 DVD set. I love these workouts. I am seeing results. I've tried many different workouts on DVD and these are the only ones I have seen and been getting results from for my core. Love these dvds and long time fan of Gilad.
