Gilad's Express Workouts is Great! July 27, 2023 Reviewer: Leona Husemann from Wickenburg, AZ United States   I love all my Gilad videos which I use religiously and I was so anxious to buy Gilad's Express Workouts! with 15 targeted workouts. There are 2 disc each with a variety of workouts for targeted areas as well as a warm up and a cool down. Each segment is 8 or 9 minutes or so, a couple a little shorter, and they are so much fun to do. Each segment is targeted for a certain area. This is my very favorite video to do, but I will love all the others that I have. I do hope he will come out with some additional Express Workouts! because sometimes you only have a short amount of time and want to focus on a certain area.  I love this video! Express Workouts March 27, 2023 Reviewer: Marsha Oshima from Pearl City, HI United States   I love this DVD! If I don’t feel like doing a long workout, these short workouts really does the job for me. I’ve been exercising with Gilad since I was a teenager!  I’m still a dedicated fan of Gilad and always will be! Excellent Workouts!! March 25, 2021 Reviewer: Natalya Tucker from Midland, MI United States   Originally bought this quite a few years ago.  It has been such an integral part of my routine.  After I accidentally damaged one, I had to immediately order another.  I go back to it at least a couple times a month, if not more.  It is one of the best and most comprehensive DVDs I own. I give his DVDs lots of credit for getting me in the best shape of my life after a triplet pregnancy.  Came from an overweight family.  My daughters, now 20, are runners, and they occasionally borrow my jeans!!!  You won't be disappointed!!!
