60min30min March 18, 2014 Reviewer: Kimberly Ring from Port Matilda, PA United States   Seems I got used to the beginner workout then moved to these and found that these were a bit piecey and harder to follow as they were older tapings. I have in one wa or another worked out with Gilad's BIM for 25 years. So just starting again it was nice to see a smile with out all the bs... Was this review helpful to you?
