Been working out with Gilad since the 80s. His workouts are very effective and always fun. My whole family loves working out with Gilad too! Highly recommend this DVD, the workout is excellent, Gilad and his crew are very energetic and inspiring, and the Hawaiian beach is gorgeous! Great interactive workout.  I thought it would include more abs workout and am slightly disappointed.  I have worked out to Gilad tapes/dvds for over 25 years and enjoyed the workouts.  It will be great if the Body Sculpting Hips, Thighs & Buns as well as the Abs sessions were available separately.
