I have been doing this workout for 12 years! The old disks started to skip, I need to start my day with a good workout so I replaced my old set. I'm 60 and am able to work like I'm 30 because I'm in shape. Thank you

I started working out with your daily Bodies in Motion tv show in 1989.  We moved in 97 and I didn't have cable tv so couldn't continue.  I have several Bodies in Motion dvds and began working out again regularly in 07.  The Total Body Sculpt program is very different and is challenging me from where I had been with BIM!  Thank you!  Loving the workouts!

Thank you for your wonderful workouts that keep me in better shape than most of my younger friends! I have been a fan for many years, and as my husband would tell you, my body shows the proven results of these workouts. I am 74, very strong, and do not want to damage joints with the more recent boot camp/"Insanity" programs that are just too hard on knees, ankles, and hips! I appreciate these DVDs being available!
