Great whole-body workout |

I really enjoy this workout! The upper body workout is done during the aerobic step portion, followed by a lower body segment and an ab segment. The step aerobic moves are not complicated, so I can concentrate on the weights and upper body workout but still get my aerobic workout done at the same time. I've been doing this workout regularly for years, and am replacing my old VHS tapes with DVDs so that I can keep doing Gilad's workouts for many more years!
