Bodies in Motion Step Aerobics February 13, 2015 Reviewer: DENISE from Penryn, CA United States   I had purchased the VCR of this back in the 80's and enjoyed it very much.  I recently purchased the DVD of this and started right back into my old routine, just as though the years had never passed!  I also purchased the Step and Tone DVD as well, and between the two, am enjoying feeling my body strength and tone returning after just two short weeks!  I have also shared this with friends and relatives who want great results in an in-home routine, while enjoying Hawaii scenery and Gilad's great inspiration! Easy to follow March 2, 2014 Reviewer: Jeanne Warren from 2303 Glenwood Drive, Des Moines, IA United States   This DVD was new to me and I do like it.   Gilad's instructions are easy to follow and it is a good workout.  I love Gilad.  This DVD skips a little also but nothing like the 45/45 split routine DVD. Positive Results October 7, 2013 Reviewer: Mary Fitch from Lexington, VA United States   I know working out with Gilad works, I use to workout with him when he came on ESPN back in the late eighties. His MoM would sometimes be on his show, I lost 75lbs back then , I am now 55 years old now and I am now working out using my steps with Gilad. This man inspires me when I workout to his program and by the grace of GOD , I am able to keep up with him and I am so happy! I thankyou from the bottom of my heart and God bless you and your family!
