Wowzers; what a refreshing way to work out! March 2, 2012 Reviewer: Kimberly Qualls from Dunedin, FL United States   I enjoy the intensity of the workouts and the variety on each tape.  Right now the 45 / 45 is kicking my butt but I am totally working on mastering it!  I feel better than I ever did and looking forward to getting other DVDs soon!
