Sandy Beach dvd volume 3 January 16, 2012 Reviewer: Lynn Hebenthal from Tallahassee, FL United States   I love this dvd! It brought back memories of when I first started with Gilad; This dvd is fun, energetic and funny. I love Gilad's humor! At 56 (going on 57) working out with this dvd has speeded up my metabolism and given me more energy; and I am burning more calories. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks. I will be ordering more dvd's. My cable network is also featuring Gilad's  total body sculpting workouts that I'm using along with the sandy beach dvd. I plan to order Sandy beach volume 1 and 2.
