As Seen on TV-Complete collection 26 dvds April 1, 2016 Reviewer: Judy K from Cape Cod, MA United States   I'm currently 57 years young and I've worked out with Gilad since the 80s. I recorded tapes from tv so I could still do the routines if I missed the show or take the programs with me and even made audio tapes to use in my sony Walkman when I was a tour director to China so I could stay in shape on the road by doing the routines in my hotel room. I have been intending to buy the dvds for a long time and am thrilled to have them to replace my antiquated VHS tapes that would have disintegrated eventually. I enjoy seeing faces from the past on the 30th anniversary programs.  I also like the fact that each routine is so well rounded including not only aerobics but strength training and stretching. Can you tell that I love them.? P.S. I forgot to mention how much I also enjoy the beautiful locations throughout Hawaii. Thank you. Was this review helpful to you?

Complete Colection -26 DVDs Set Great Variety February 22, 2016 Reviewer: Alan from Brandon, FL United States   Wished I had purchased this set a long time ago. Much easier using the DVDs than depending on the DVR recordings and having to fast forward thru the commercials. Thanks Gilad for keeping me in shape for over 25 years. Complete collection September 26, 2015 Reviewer: Alma V Rivera Melendez from Toa Baja, Toa Baja Puerto Rico   I know all those programs, I have exercised with them since I can remember. I have only gone through the first 5 Total Body Sc March 31, 2015 Reviewer: Marlene V Kopper from Turtle Creek, PA United States   I've watched and exorcised to Gilad for many, many years.  After having cable companies cancel Gilad twice I figured it was time to simply buy them.  22 minutes works!  Love the shows.  I'm 73 but am often told I do not look it.  Exorcise makes a huge difference.  they are user friendly and body aware.  hard enough to keep me strong, but not so strenuous that I hurt myself.  Very good.
