Lord of the Abs January 11, 2012 Reviewer: Sandra Silva from Reading, VT United States   Dear Gilad, I am a long time fan of your workouts, going back to your TV series in the 80's (Bodies in Motion), and I have many tapes I made of your early shows that I still use.  I have been upgrading over the years, and purchased some of your DVD's which I love.  I have to say that this DVD, Lord of the Abs, is absolutely fantastic, and is getting me "Off the Chair" again.  I highly recommend it.  Thank you so much Gilad for being there all these years.
