Workouts that are fun and work September 4, 2012 Reviewer: Malani Howard from Oviedo, FL United States   Very pleased with the timely shipping and the Boot camp workouts have been using them both. Started working out with Bodies in Motion when I was 24yrs old when my daugher was only 4 weeks old. I was 109lbs when I found out I was pregnant and I am now almost 49yrs and weigh 109.5 Trying to stay fit helps mentally and physically:) Thank you so much for your help!! Boot Camp 3 pack April 20, 2012 Reviewer: Angela Sanctuary from Granville, MA United States   Shipping was fast and I love the videos. I alternate the videos and workout 5 days a week. I find Gilad very motivating and I feel great. I'm thinking of ordering the lord of the abs. I have had 2 c-sections with my children and I need help in the mid section.
