I've used the quick fit system for many years and the value of time is important but I also see the benefit of this full body workout, as it targets multiple body motions.  Won't get bored anytime soon.

This workout is the best of all. I love how I feel when it's completed.  At 71 I am a bit slower and a bit softer but I still can complete this workout.  Thanks for the series

It'a a challenge but that's what I wanted.  Gilad is so easy to follow!  I also ordered a DVD from another well-known instructor when I ordered Gilad's; his is so much easier to follow!  Now I want a step aerobics DVD to replace my old VCR tape.
