Another great workout from Gilad! And it is kind of a "lost episode" because it doesn't seem to be advertised as much as the other series. This is a long one so you would want to set aside about an hour for the whole workout.

I think if we were to rate Gilad's top 3 videos, they would be:

(1) XCelerate 4
(2) Ultimate Body Sculpt
(3) Lord of the Abs

But Elite Forces is a great way to randomize the workouts and keep it interesting!
