Just like I remember & quick shipping May 4, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   The tapes are just like I remember. On the 45min tapes it shows the scenery at the points where it would of cut to commercial & I really like that, because it gives you time to finish the exercise. I wish the regular episodes did that too, but I still gave this a five.  They are just as I remember & the shipping was super quick.  I got it in a couple of days. Was this review helpful to you?

Total Body Sculpt Plus March 16, 2014 Reviewer: Amy Plamann from Appleton, WI United States   Let me start by saying I love Gilad!  It really works!  I have had the Ultimate Body Sculpt Series for years and love them. I recently bought the Total Body Sculpt & Total Body Sculpt Plus.  The only negative thing I have is that where there would normally be a commercial break, they then jump to the next exercise while you are still in the middle of the one you were doing. That is frustrating.  Unless you have your remote close & hit pause, you miss out on completing things.  Other than that, love it! Was this review helpful to you?

I like to pretend I'm in Hawaii ! November 13, 2013 Reviewer: Katharine Morrison from Mauchline, East Ayrshire United Kingdom   Thorough muscle sculpting over time with these dvds.  Clear cueing on how to torture your muscles for the best effect. There is no dread factor and it's nice to pretend I'm in sunny Hawaii instead of rain drenched Scotland. Shipping took ten days and cost was reasonable. Total Body Sculpt November 9, 2013 Reviewer: Andrea Cibello from Wilkes Barre, PA United States   My local YMCA has dropped from its schedule the Power Training classes (using bar bells and dumbbells) that I have been taking three days a week for the last 14 years.   I have purchased the Total Body Sculpt DVD's because of the likeness of the exercises to those classes and, most importantly of all, to the attention given to doing the exercises correctly. Love me so Gilad October 25, 2013 Reviewer: Kim Karvelas from Houston, TX United States   I have been working out to Gilad since the late '80s.  These tapes a great workout to get you going first thing in the morning.  Don't be afraid to pick up a heavier weight if you are more experienced.  These tapes arrived very quickly and in great condition.
